NDT Mobilises at Superyacht Facility

The team from NDT Project Solutions has recently mobilised at one of the world's leading super yacht facilities, to work on the installation of a new exhaust system which was manufactured by the team in the North East. 

The mobilisation marks the final stages of a continuing 12-month programme of manufacturing and installation works. 

NDT has worked in close partnership with the facility to ensure the Clients requirements have been met. The exhaust system silencer, pipe work and support frames have been manufactured using stainless and carbon steel respectively, using our Lloyd's Register approved weld procedures and welders. 

This latest install follows a sustained period of growth for the company, which have previously been heavily involved in the conceptual design for the intake / uptake systems for Queen Elizabeth Class (CVF) and has delivered turn-key solutions for the RFA Bay Class in the UK and HMAS Choules in Australia. This latest install marks the company's expansion into the superyacht market. 

NDT Project Solutions has offices in the UK and Australia. The team are subject matter experts in the design, manufacture, installation and the continuous in-service support of exhaust silencer, exhaust uptakes & down-takes, fuel systems and critical fire safety systems.
